Shipping Policy
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Each artifact is carefully packaged in protective, discreet packaging to ensure safe delivery.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Bespoke or commissioned pieces may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order.
2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
- Standard Shipping (Free): 5–15 business days worldwide via postal services or local carriers.
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days. Available for select regions at checkout. Cost calculated based on destination and weight.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the notification.
4. Shipping Zones
We ship to over 150 countries worldwide. Some remote locations may experience longer delivery times. Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at contact@mail.occultys.shop with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund.

Return & Refund Policy
Should an artifact not resonate with your spirit, we honor the ancient right of restitution. Our Sacred Oath Guarantee ensures your satisfaction.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The return period begins on the day the package is delivered to your address, as confirmed by the carrier's tracking system.
2. Return Conditions
Artifacts must be returned in their original, unaltered condition — with all seals, packaging, and accompanying materials intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may be subject to a partial refund or refusal.
3. How to Return
To request a return, please email us at contact@mail.occultys.shop with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the item (if applicable). We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund (minus original shipping costs, if any) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Bespoke, commissioned, or personalized pieces are non-returnable, as they are created specifically for you. A 50% deposit on such items is non-refundable once work has begun. Gift cards and digital products are also non-returnable.
6. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
